AE/AF Lock problem in new iPhone 15

I saw my question asked back in 2020 & i guess no one at Apple reads these. I had a problem tonight while trying to take video of the night sky. Apparently, I accidentally hit the screen and the AE/AF lock went on unbeknownst to me, and I caught the most fantastic, slow moving, long tailed shooting star I have seen in years, if ever, and I go back to view it and it's all static/black screen - no star. I'm livid! What's up Apple, can't you put that feature in a different place so it doesn't accidentally get tapped on, which probably happens to millions of customers? Now I lost the most incredible video I've shot in years. Also, this 15 is horrible! The cursor doesn't function properly & if you zoom in for night pics or vids, it's static. My 11 that I just traded for this 3 weeks ago was way better. This phone seems refurbished, not new. Plus, you changed the ports & chords for charging? Can you spell GREED?!! I'm so disappointed, angry & shocked that I'm currently looking at other options. $800+ for this faulty junk? Wow! Welcome to 2023 in America!
