This is more a personal question, and I wanted confirmation about whether there is a difference in sizing between the Macbook Pro models.
I want to buy a specific case for my Macbook Pro 13" (Early 2015), but the option closest to mine is Macbook Pro 13" (2016 - 2019). I just wanted to know if this would still fit...

Measure your 13" MBP. The check them against interior case measurements of the cases you are considering.
According to everymac.com, the dimensions of a 13" early-2015 MBP are:
Dimensions: 0.71 x 12.35 x 8.62 Avg. Weight: 3.48 lbs (1.58 kg)
Details: In inches while closed - height by width by depth, (1.8 cm, 31.4 cm, 21.9 cm).
The best source for this information is makers of cases and vendors of cases. They want the largest audience for their products, so they will list ALL that actually fit. if it does not say it fits, that probably means it does NOT.
Readers here are almost all other Users like you, and have no experience trying to fit the same case on many different models of Macs.
