Why cant i use my apple id money to upgrade my phone storage?
I had to take my debit card off my account to stop random charges, but now i can’t use my apple id money i put on there to purchase anything.

- Accepted payment methods for iCloud+ upgrades include credit cards, debit cards, and your Apple Account balance. If you don't have enough available funds in your Apple Account balance to complete your upgrade, you'll be charged the remaining amount. Apple Store gift cards aren't accepted as payment for upgrading iCloud+.

If you have enough money in your Apple Account balance, all you have to do is -> you need to set your Apple Account balance as your default payment.
