How do I dispute a recurring $69.99 charge on my iTunes account for the past for months?

Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support

Once on the web screen, or in app, you'll be given a list of those to select and you'll need to provide the reason. I believe the window for disputing is short (30 or 90 days). Be sure to check your subscriptions to stop them for going further if you haven't already.

If you stopped the subscription but are being charged by a third part, you'll want to contact your credit card or method of payment source to file a charge back (they will want the cancellation details such as date, cancel code and possibly a screenshot or copy of the cancellation email or your communications).
