Please help with borderless printing

I'm attempting to print borderless on 8.5 x 11 photo paper. I've tried adjusting the print margins to 0, experimented with different paper settings, and even selected "scaled to fit entire page", but none of these options allow me to check the "borderless" setting in the print menu. The only way to achieve a borderless print and enable the "borderless" option in the print settings is to use settings titled with "(borderless)" in their name. Unfortunately, this limitation persists despite my efforts. I've searched for solutions, but most of the information I've found is outdated, and I'm still unable to resolve the issue. To be honest, I usually don't struggle with tech-related matters, so any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
