Re: "In App debt : I have some funds on my iCloud which I added through Apple Card"
Your Apple ID is the one account you use to access Apple services like the App Store, Apple Music, iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime, and more.
It includes the email address and password you use to sign in as well as the contact, payment, and security details you use across Apple services.
If you used a gift-card to add funds to your Apple ID Account balance for iCloud:
See: What you can buy with your Apple Gift Card or Apple Account balance - Apple Support
Eg: says: "Some purchases might require that you have a credit card on file,
even if you use your Apple Account balance to make the purchase.
