Dragon Naturally Speaking for Windows on Apple Silicon under Parallels - Usable?

I am finally considering upgrading my 2019 Intel MacBook Pro with Touch Bar to one of the new M3 laptops. The one productivity tool I'm worried about losing in the transfer is Dragon Dictate, which breaks on Apple Silicon, which means I'll have to run Dragon Naturally Speaking for Windows under Parallels. How feasible is this? My sense is that the M3 shouldn't have any trouble handling such a task, but what would be my minimum MBP configuration in such a scenario?

Thank you,

Steve
