iphone is locked now for 8 hours because I changed my password yesterday and I am putting the wrong passcode in. HelP

If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled or unavailable -

If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support

Wait for the lockout time to pass, and then enter the proper passcode.

Don't enter the wrong passcode too many times, or the phone might go into a mode where you have to erase it to get back in.
