You are NOT speaking to anyone at Apple. This is a user to user only forum. As such we cannot answer any of your questions. Personally, I wouldn't be in the least concerned. The French Government raised a concern, which was not raised by any other country in the world. And Apple addressed their (what to me is a completely unfounded) concern with an update, which after testing the French Government was satisfied with and withdrew their concern.

Every iPhone model is tested to pretty strict standards. And I would not be personally concerned. If you want more details however, we can't answer them. Feel free to contact Apple directly if you want.
