How long is a "year" when purchasing items from the Apple Education Store?

I was trying to reply to a similar question, but it's been too long, so here is the question and the answer Apple provided: There is a limit on the number of items per category one can purchase from Apple with the Education discount each year. The website doesn't specify a year as a calendar year or a year between purchases. I just spoke with an Apple Education Representative who told me the limit applies for a year after making the first purchase. So if I purchase a MacBook Pro in November 2023, I must wait until November 2024 before buying another Apple laptop. I hope this helps others!
