I changed my phone and lost the sim now I can’t get my iCloud back. How do I recover it

You must log back in with your Apple ID. Do you have access to another trusted device, then you can get the verification code on that one. If you don't have access to any other trusted device and no access to your trusted phone number, you must enroll in account recovery to regain access to your device
