itunes ratings have disappeared
i had to get another computer I've transferred by itunes library but it has no ratings and has no number of plays

See Move your iTunes library to a new computer - Apple Community. Did you move the working library including the .itl file, or import the media into a new empty library? Perhaps you can revisit the transfer if needed.
