How to change card being charged for AppleTV subscription

All of my payments and subscriptions are linked to Card A except the monthly charge for AppleTV+ which is linked to Card B, for some reason. I can only assume I set it up that way but I want to change it so the subscription charge comes off of Card A like everything else.

There doesn't seem to be a way to specifically change the card used for AppleTV+ subscription charges that I can find. All answers found so far only refer to changing my default card or adding/removing cards which is not what I want to do.

The only way I can think of is to cancel my subscription and then sign up again using Card A. If there is an easier way to make this change I'd love to know.
