I received the incorrect pencil that goes with my iPad Air. How do I exchange?

Ordered iPad phone and pencil through support to ensure that I am able to get the correct item sent out. I was sent iPad Amir instead of mini but kept as my second choice for portability. Asked for pencil too but now find not compatible. How to get exchanges for right pieces?.

We are end users like you and have no special knowledge of how Apple handles odd situations like this. There is no resolution possible here as this is beyond the scope of these mutual tech help forums. Please continue to work with Apple.

You have 14 days to return it for a refund.

I do not know what an iPad Amir is. If they sent you the wrong iPad, return it for a refund within 14 days as well.
