Busy Signal Sound while using iphone to play music on a bluetooth speaker.

How do I prevent a busy signal sound from coming through if I use my phone to play music to a Bluetooth device. It does not sound like a ring, but an actual busy signal sound. As if calling and the line is busy? It happens almost every 4 minutes.
