iPad not showing up for Sidecar

Trying to use Sidecar with my MacBook Pro and iPad Pro.

Both meet system requirements, both have the same internet connection, and both are signed into to iCloud using the same AppleID and 2FA.


I have already tried to reset:

  • SMC & NVRAM on my MacBook
  • Network Settings on my iPad


Nonetheless, when I click the Display widget on my MacBook it does NOT show my iPad. I can't figure out why.
