Son has lost iPhone and I have had it blocked by provider but he can’t log into find my iCloud due to unknown password and his email provider has locked him out because he can’t access a trusted device to get his emails! I am demented. Is there anyone else who can locate phone ?

Yes he can by physically looking for it, back track his steps etc...
