Google account cannot be installed on iphone 14 plus

Then I proceed to recover the account and I am asked to open a new browser and proceed with the recovery by inputting the same information I just put in before, and it successfully recovers the account. So I proceed to try to add the account on my phone again and then the exact same scenario happens "Google couldn't verify this account belongs to you..."

How can this be fixed and I be able to actually add my gmail account?

Gmail/google is an Apple software, you fix it by contacting gmail support or looking at their help site.
