Apple Cash not getting rewards stuck at $499

my Daily Cash back is not getting sent to my Apple Card. I just verified online. Apple support does not seem to know what to do

any luck with this?

After paying my Apple Card with Apple Cash the transaction shows as "withdraw" instead of paid. I attempted to pay my Apple Card with available Apple Cash balance, which I have done previously. The transaction shows up on Apple Cash as "Withdraw" (not payment) and no payment shows up on Apple Card. Where did the money go and how to track it down? I initiated the payment from the Card in the wallet, the amount was ~$50.
