I’m trying to send my daughter money through Apple Pay. On her end, it’s asking for my bday and social? Is that normal?

It would be normal for it to ask to verify her identity. See the Apple Cash section of Identity verification for Apple Card or Apple Cash - Apple Support
Does she have her own Apple ID or is she using yours?
