Pairing issue Watch SE with AirPods Pro since OS 10

When I want to listen to podcasts loaded on the Watch, the connection to the AirPods breaks off. This always happens when I move away from my iPhone or the home Wi-Fi, e.g. when I go for a run.

I can also say that this error has only been occurring since the new update to WatchOS 10 ... the connection to the AirPods and the Watch or the player is somehow disturbed. The podcast player then hangs. An episode can no longer be started. Only a complete restart of the watch out of wifi range or iPhone helps.

Unfortunately, running is no fun like this. Does anyone have similar problems? I would like to report this error or would prefer to know how the error can be rectified?
