Kindle app on mini 2 won’t upgrade
I had to delete and reinstall my iPad mini 2 system, but it won’t let me update my kindle app it needs a iOS 14 to install and this stops at iOS 12.5. Any ideas ?

Do you mean you can't redownload the app?
Are you using the same Apple ID?
Some developers only keep the latest version of their app available to download. If you are using the same Apple ID, and are seeing a message that says you need a newer version of iOS, you will not be able to use the Kindle app on your iPad anymore.
