iTunes Downloading
I have just bought an album on iTunes, I paid for the album but it has not downloaded. I don’t want to try buying it again in case they charge for it twice. Any advice please?

Check the network connection:
You need to have a good Service and/or Wi-Fi.
If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
Charge the battery > 70%.
If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services
If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support
👉 If you tried all of the above steps and you still can’t connect, contact Apple Support.

If you have Purchased an Album, please check -> Music -> Library -> Recently Added.

If you have received an invoice from Apple, on every invoice from the Apple Store and/or iTunes Store always states what you have purchased (and/or concerns a subscription) and the amount.
Tap on Report a problem on the invoice.

When I purchase music from the iTunes Store, I always check Music -> Library -> Recently Added.
Then I also keep an eye on my mail box. I flag the invoice I receive from Apple.

Thank you. I checked the recent purchases in music app and it wasn’t there. So I’ve tried buying it again and it’s now downloading. I’ll keep an eye on my emails that I don’t get charged twice.
