You can't use that "feature" because that "feature" does not exist.

People erroneously assume that it would make the phone easier to track after getting stolen. What they don't realize is that thieves use things like Faraday bags to block the signal, so it wouldn't make any difference. Not to mention the monkey wrench it would through in troubleshooting. How would you do a forced-restart on a phone with a frozen screen?
You can't use it because that feature is not available.
Plus, the phone would be forced to shut off, without a passcode, when it ran out of power, even if it had such a feature.
I'm not sure exactly what such a feature would accomplish that the requirement to press in buttons on opposite sides of the phone, and then move a slider on the touch screen, does not.
