Best way to delete apps after upgrade to Catalina.

I finally gave up and upgraded to Catalina, apparently as high as this iMac can go. According to Go64 I now have 63 dead apps. What is the best way to delete them as completely/easily as possible? Is AppCleaner good? Or is dragging them to the trash right there in Go64 sufficient?

App Cleaner & Uninstaller.

When you view etrecheck reports & see Clean Up:, it's usually remnants left by faulty uninstallers or just dragging the App to the Trash, sometimes the .plists left behind will suck the life of of a Mac when they can no longer find the executable, but frantically keep trying, often exhibited as crashing coming out of sleep, or reusing to restart, etc., etc., etc.. :)
