Is there a way to make your photos save complettly uncompressed?

So I have an iPhone 11 and I assume the answer is no but is there a way to make it so the file format for photos is PNG or TIF or at least completely uncompressed I love taking photos on my phone camera but I want the most detail possible.

If you want the "most detail possible" it's time to graduate to a camera with a good sensor and interchangeable lenses.

It is worth noting that Jpeg and heic are very high quality image formats, the issue with them only begins with generational loss over time from repeated edit/save cycles. But again, the image quality from a camera will be higher quality than from a phone. This is entirely due to the larger sensor and the quality of the lenses.
