Something is seriously wrong with my iPad

Today while making notes on notes of the app closed on opening the content I wrote today had disappeared except for the first few lines. Now while writing the complaint here the text I wrote disappeared again and redo feature was no help

My Apple Pencil sometimes ( 3/7 times ) malfunctions like

I am writing in the centre but lines appear on top, similar to what happens with 3rd party styluses

When using Apple Pencil for over half an hour the right side of iPad heats up

THE TEXT I WROTE AND THE PHOTO I PUT HERE DISSAPPEARED AGAIN

AND THEY DID NOT REAPPEARED WHEN I USED REDO FEATURE

There is something seriously wrong with my ipad
