Boot into Safe Mode according to How to use safe mode on your Mac and try to check that box from Safe Mode. Then reboot normally.

Note:  if you have a wireless keyboard with rechargeable batteries connect it with its charging cable before booting into Safe Mode.  This makes it act as a wired keyboard as will assure a successful boot into Safe Mode.

What does that mean, "I updated the window on my MacBook Pro" ?

what happens if you check the box...

Did you try moving forward and set it up later?

Sorry, I wrote "window" by mistake. Actually two days ago I updated macOS and after that when I opened my MacBook Pro it was showing to enter iCloud username and password. When I entered my username and password it asked me to accept the terms and conditions. I tried several times to check the box you highlighted but it is not working. I also tried canceling but it also doesn't work which means I'm neither able to move forward nor go back.
