Не могу зайти в icloud/Apple ID, пароля нету, и доступа к почте тоже нету/ I can't log in to icloud/Apple ID, there is no password, and there is no access to mail either

сидел на своем apple Id, попросили перейти в чужой(я не знал что такое возможно) ну и в общем перешел, и в моменте меняют пароль от apple id, а без пароля я нечего не могу сделать, теперь нету доступа к выходу с этого аккаунта. в общем-то обманули меня. не могу выйти с почты "***@gmail.com". В доказательстве у меня есть чек об оплате, коробка, и сам телефон. можно ли как-нибудь выйти с него, или дистанционно мне стереть все данные с телефона, чтобы я не зашел на этот аккаунт

I was sitting on my apple Id, they asked me to switch to someone else's (I didn't know that this was possible), well, in general, I switched, and at the moment they change the password from apple id, and without a password I can't do anything, now there is no access to exit from this account. in general, they deceived me. I can't get out of the mail "***@gmail.com ". As proof, I have a payment receipt, a box, and the phone itself. is there any way I can log out of it, or remotely erase all data from my phone so that I don't log into this account
