Apple Vision Pro is now available in the U.S.

CoreApplicationServices crash on fresh Sonoma Install.

I'm getting crashes on my MacBook Pro 14" M1 Max... just after the password sign in on a restart. It doesn't happen all the time, and the system doesn't log the crashes each time, but when it does, I see this in Console.log. This doesn't happen on all restarts, and the following restart succeeds. I've restarted about maybe ten times and it happened three times.

Hardware diagnostics shows no faults. It also happens in Safe Mode (tried four times, happened once).

"os_fault" : {"subsystem":"com.apple.launchservices","process":"launchservicesd","category":"cas","format":"ERROR: Seemingly we missed a death notification for process 0x0,0x%x\/%d \"%s\", please grab a sysdiagnose, write a new bug, for CoreApplicationServices \/ X, and relate it to <<rdar:\/\/problem\/36590866>, count=%d"}

This is with a fresh install of Sonoma on a newly formatted internal APFS drive, with the auto-upgrade to 14.1

Suggestions? I don't have access to Radar anymore :-)
