It will change from processing to shipping once it’s been shipped. If you ordered from Apple, it should ship on the date promised at checkout. It’s only been three days so this is normal. Depends on location/destination though. You should receive an email or text once it ships. If you are in N.America you can call 1-800-MY-APPLE to ask.
