I purchased speechify on two devices. My phone and my iPad. The iPad has a different Apple ID. I thought I was just signing in but I must’ve made an additional purchase. Can I refund one of the purchases?

If you have received an invoice from Apple, on every invoice from the Apple Store and/or iTunes Store always states what you have purchased (and/or concerns a subscription) and the amount.
Tap on Report a problem on the invoice.
