Command Not Found in Terminal

I am using the "Best Answer" directions from this link to clear my System Data on my 2021 M1 Max MacBook Pro. I have does this before a few days ago. But I am trying it again since the System Data is back to taking up 103GB of data.

When I type "tmulti listlocalsnapshotdates" into the terminal and hit the return key, I get the reply "zsh: command not found: tmulti". The full text looks like this:

MyFullName@MyFirstName's-mbp ~ % tmulti listlocalsnapshotdates

zsh: command not found: tmulti

Any suggestions on why this might be happening, how to fix it, or how to clear the 103GB taking up system storage? I am using a 5TB external HDD for Time Machine backups, so I'm not sure why there would be any amount of space being taken up by a Time Machine backup on my MacBook. If it's relevant, I am using 225GB out of 1TB of space on my MacBook and my Time Machine backups are encrypted. Also, I partitioned the HDD using these instructions with Disk Utility on my MacBook . 2TB for Time Machine and 3TB for other files.

Thanks in advance for any help or advice!

Use tmutil as posted in the thread instead of tmulti.
