Back up Now button out

On iTunes when I want to back up my iPhone to my PC, the Back up Now button is greyed out on my machine.

Any advice?

Do you have "Automatically Back Up" and "This Computer" selected? See step 7 in:

How to back up your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iTunes on your PC - Apple Support

If so, then the iPhone is already backed up to your PC. Otherwise see this link:

If you can't back up your iOS or iPadOS device to a computer or restore it from a backup - Apple Support
