Loud Squealing When Typing

I have hearing aids that are Bluetooth paired to my iPhone 15 PRO on iOS 17.1. Since converting to my 15 PRO with this latest version of iOS, I have had a loud squeeching noise when I open a box to type. It doesn’t seem to matter if I’m typing a text message or trying to Google something. When I open the typing field, it starts squealing. At times it is deafening loud. It comes and goes. Someone please help.

Clicking sound in hearing aid when typing i have Widex hearing aids and I recently upgraded to iPhone 11. When I updated the phone I get a clicking noise when typing in my hearing aid. How do you stop this?
