Not really sure what you mean by your post. monthly installments require use of the Apple Card (Mastercard). Installments post to your Apple Card monthly. What do you mean by change to apple credit?
I recently purchased apple iPad and it was financed by Apple Card and I tried to change to apple credit and it did not work
