Iphone 13 volume button and power button getting shiny worn down marks

I've had this phone for about a year and a half and since the beginning ive been getting these marks on my volume and power buttons and nowhere else. I tried to see what was wrong with my case but its just rubber buttons. I mean I rarely ever take off my case
