How to fix email issues in Swagbucks?

when I go to redeem for my cash, I always get a pop up in the app saying “cannot send information to redeem because of email.”

when I went to look to make sure it was the correct email address, I found it definitely was not. It had all the crazy letters and numbers in it. But when I tried to go in the settings and change it to the correct address. It wouldn’t even give me the option. I’ve contacted them to help me change it and they could and I’ve tried and tried and had my friends try but couldn’t figure it out. So now reaching out here to hopefully resolve it.
