So I use a hot spot for internet service on my mac mini. The time zone because of this is always California (PST). How do I plug into Hawaii Standard Time (HST).
Notice whether I turn on or off the 'Set time zone automatically using current location' I cannot change time zone.
Is there a time server to use that will always use HST?

"Honolulu" I believe is what you are looking for. It shows "Pacific" by default, because this is whee Apple's headquarters are located
