Quick activation of handwriting mode

I'm interested in the "handwriting mode" function.

As far as I know, this is a feature inside VoiceOver.

When VoiceOver is activated, a rotor appears.

Next, I select the handwriting input function in the rotor.

By the way, handwriting input is the only function that interests me in the rotor.

Right?

Is it possible to make handwriting input mode appear immediately when you press a key? Or key combinations like the screenshot.

For example, if I press the "home" button three times (usually this press corresponds to activating the voiceover mode).
