Hello! My device does not download/update applications from the App Store. I click "update" or "download", confirm the purchase, and then the download circle takes forever to load without installing anything. What to do? Restarting the device does not help

Same problem on the phone. Using cellular data, I was able to update the applications, thank you! But I changed wi-fi on the iPad, reset the network settings - nothing helped(
