Do New Zealand get back to school sales

Do New Zealand get back to school sales like that of the free AirPods in America? If so, when is it? Also does the apple education store open all year round as long as you are a university student?

Apple don’t sell the HomePod system in Portugal if I buy it in Spain will it support English ? Apple HomePod can be bought in Portugal but at a price point about 500 euros? If I go to Spain I can buy it in an Apple Store for 349,- my question is now - all my Apple products are English! Will it support English if bought in Spain? I’m sure it does, but Apple don’t sell it here as it don’t support Portuguese language! Well I’m danish and I speak fluently English - will I run into any trouble?
