New Ultra 2 watch not recording sleep data

Just replaced my Apple SE watch with the Ultra 2 and now, my sleep data stopped recording. Tried resetting both iPhone and watch - no effect. How do I get my (new) Ultra 2 watch to record sleep data, sleep zones, etc?
