The $0.00 Total is for the free TV Cast App below it, for its original download. It is not related to the 2 pending charges above. Those do have a cost.
Those are 2 Premium subscriptions to 2 different services the top one to the TV Cast App's Premium subscription.
If you don't want that subscription, you can cancel it, by clicking the blue "Manage Subscriptions" link below each of them.
