its enabled, updated to the latest version, we toggled it on and off, same with all radio features: wifi bluetooth etc
AirDrop not working at all whatsoever
all the AirDrop features are broken and my children tablet are restricted to avoid them opening mails or such so now sending them class material is literally impossible because AirDrop is broken af WTF!!!!
My airdrop works fine from my ipad. My iphone 15 pro max will not change from default. My wife has the exact iphone and hers work as intended. The airdrop works with no problems, but, not on my iphone. Go figure!
Same problem. Airdrop defaults to ‘Receiving Off’ and cannot be changed.
not only airdrop doesn't work, I can't send photos by phone either.

I enabled the airdrop and closed the settings and then open it again it shows as off.
