Let us turn off flights climbed

It’s clearly a widespread issue that Apple won’t acknowledge.

So instead of forcing us to buy a new watch that will do the same, can you please include a software fix to allow us to stop the flights climbed being tracked from an Apple Watch. It’s ruining the whole experience because all of the other stats are off. Thank you
