Notes App degrades my iPhone's 15 Pro Max performance after transferring my iPhone 13 data

So I write A LOT of poetry, and have a note in my Notes app that has around 500 poems in the single note. Naturally, this is kind of crazy but on my old 13 pro I never experienced any issues with the note. I upgraded to the 15 pro max whatever and now my note is lagging. It is utterly impossible to navigate it. The moment I open the note, my shiny new $1000+ phone starts lagging to the point of needing to turn it off and restart the whole thing. This is clearly unacceptable, since my 13 pro max NEVER has an issue with this. Whatever the problem is, it is clearly with Apple since the only variable that changed was UPGRADING THE PHONE. How am I paying more money for more issues? This has never ever been a problem before. I stress this so much because the size of the note is NOT the issue. My iphone 13 pro max handled the note perfectly, never had problems until I upgraded. So, if you don't mind, please help me figure out how to fix this lag so I can go back to working on my poetry. ALSO: I started a new note, and it works completely fine. It seems only my "big note" is lagging, everything else works. Again, I know this is not a problem with the size, because on my old phone there was NEVER any lag. Thank you for any and all advice/solutions!

Edit (one min after posting): I've already tried to desync notes, all that did was reset the note to the last backup which was half a year ago in June. Luckily, I have it backed up in Google Drive but that could've been bad 😅. For the record, I prefer writing in notes to drive so for this post I REALLY ONLY WANT solutions to the lag on my notes app. Obviously I can write on paper or a different application but I prefer Notes. And I have been writing in a new Note but I would prefer to write in the same giant Note that I have all my thoughts stored in. Again, thank you for any and all help on this issue 🙏.

Edit 2: More info, if I enter the "big note" then scroll, it is freezy and laggy. If I exit the note and reenter it, then it is smooth. However, the moment I try to type into it, the lag returns and sometimes the phone crashes and exits to home screen. Any new note I create seems to not have this problem. Also, on my old phone (13 max), I had run out of iCloud storage around June. That is why the Note desync reset it to June, however I kept writing up until a week ago when I got the new phone. When I transferred the data, it had transferred the entirety of my 'big note', but the only difference was that it lagged once I opened it. Right before I had transferred the data there was no issue on the previous phone, sorry for so much repetition!

Hi veryone!

Finally I found a solution! (I struggled for 3 weeks).

This is difficult and I still lost some information - this mainly concerned the links that are attached to the text and pictures. BUT THE NOTES ARE WORK and you can continue to work!

This is due to an error in the file on iCloud - so it must be deleted and recreated.

Algorithm:

1. On MacOS, add another internet account.

2. On MacOS, select that notes are synchronized from both accounts (if it is an iCloud account, you will not lose anything (I thought about this too late)).

3. On MacOS, transfer all notes from the current account to the additional one, with the exception of one unnecessary one.

4. On iOS, go to settings account, iCloud -> Notes -> Manage Storage - and click “Delete from iCloud” (doesn’t work if you haven’t left any notes)

5. Next, simply copy the notes back.

I saw the title has been changed by moderator. This is inaccurate, there is no new update. I transferred data from my 13 to the new 15, straight out of the box the entire phone was lagging once I had opened the "big note". The issue started immediately on the new phone and has not been resolved yet. I plan on taking it directly to my nearest Apple store to ask their employees for solutions. But to be clear, this issue DID NOT START BECAUSE OF AN IOS UPDATE.
