iMessage and FaceTime will not launch
On my iPad I can not access iMessage or FaceTime it ask me to sign in with my Apple ID so I do and then it says it is signing in but never completes the process

We’ve had this problem on five iPads in the house and apple support has not been able to figure it out. Here’s to hoping someone does and soon!
