How to update iOS 16 for Iphone 7plus

This is because the iPhone 7 Plus is not compatible with iOS 16. See this list for compatible devices:

iOS 16 and iPadOS 16 are compatible with these devices - Apple Support (CA)

Then, you will need to obtain at least an iPhone 8 or higher model.....because the iPhone 7 cannot run iOS 16. In simple terms.....not enough horsepower in the iPhone 7.
