Live support couldn't do anything about it... How am I gonna fix this, 0 devices/0 backups and it still uses more than half of my iCloud storage!
I think it happened today after 17.1.1 update. Anyone having the same problem?

If you really want to remove it then on one of your devices go to iCloud settings and delete the backup
iPhone Settings, [your name], iCloud, Manage Storage, Backups, and delete it/them

You just marked it solved without waiting for Apple to confirm what the bug was or how Apple fixed it.
In any case using the free 5GB for backing up is not really advised. 50GB is an absolute minimum. Good luck and don’t forget to report back.
As you can see I don't have any backup (0 devices-0 backups).....
Support confirmed that it's a bug, there is nothing I can do. Senior advisor will inform me about the situation in 2 days.
So why ask for help here?
